Canadian Stamp Tips: #11 of a series

Scott has changed -- again -- some of the numbers for recent Canadian definitives (Leaf and
Wildlife High Values).
These are major changes to long-established numbers (some nearly 11 years old).
The corresponding Unitrade Specialized Catalogue of Canadian Stamps numbers will also change
and appear in the next (2009) edition due out this Fall (Oct 2008).
